Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Configure ServiceNow using out-of-box tools (forms, workflows, approvals)
Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployment activities
Collaborate with developers and architects for scalable solutions
Support change management and user adoption
Qualification
Required
8+ years of ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience
Multiple module deployments (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Discovery)
Expertise in ITOM, integrations, automations, and CSDM
Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks
Preferred
Agile/Scrum experience
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Implementation Specialist)
ITIL Foundation or higher
Ability to interact with senior leadership and provide technical guidance
