Responsibilities
Develop and acquire new business revenue from both new and existing clients
Provide exceptional client service to assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Lead and manage a client service team, overseeing day-to-day account management activities
Assist senior Broker Account Executives/Managers in managing medium to large books of business
Manage a subset of less complex clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance solutions
Oversee key internal processes and activities to deliver seamless client-facing services
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies for client growth and retention
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, insurance products, and client needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required
License required
Preferred
Proven experience in account management, insurance brokerage, or a related field
Strong knowledge of insurance products and risk management strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
