The Rental Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the depot, ensuring campervans are well-maintained, and managing guest check-ins and check-outs.

Responsibilities
Handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs
Preparing and cleaning our campervans
Maintaining our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs
Registering guests, monitoring stock and processing payments
Handling complaints and troubleshooting emergencies
Qualification
Required
Great communication skills and an aptitude for direct contact with customers
Eligible to work in the US
Valid driver's licence
Confidence to drive a campervan
Available to work on weekends and public holidays
Responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon
Well-organised and good at solving problems
Preferred
Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car
