Responsibilities

Answers on a fast paced environment, 200 - 300 calls per day
Schedule and change patient appointments using multiple software systems
Communicates with the scheduling team as needed to ensure calls are answered in a timely manner
Takes messages for Staff
Assess patient needs to prioritize and schedule accordingly, communicating with physician and/or their teams as needed
Communicate with physician teams as needed to further support scheduling needs
Perform administrative support as needed

Qualification

Bilingual in SpanishMulti-line phone systemMedical schedulingFast paced environment

Required

Fluent bilingual in Spanish
Experienced with multi-line phone system
