ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department in various administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. The role includes onboarding new hires, improving employee experience, and maintaining HR records.

Responsibilities

Assists in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents

Answers basic employee questions about human resources policies or offerings

Schedules and leads orientations, or training sessions

Processes employee status changes; maintains records of completed transactions

Inputs HR-related data and compiles standard reports for management review

Coordinates HR projects, including meetings, training sessions, and surveys

Acts as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions

High School Diploma or GED certificate required; relevant experience is a plus
