Develop and implement international franchise sales strategies to meet expansion goals
Identify and qualify prospective franchisees, guiding them through the discovery and acquisition process
Analyze global markets to identify high-potential regions, adapting strategies based on local consumer demand and regulatory requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise candidates, brokers, and key stakeholders
Serve as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring alignment with company values and standards in new markets
Lead franchise agreement negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements
Work closely with legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new international franchisees
Monitor and report on international franchise sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends
Qualification
Required
5+ years of franchise sales experience, with a proven track record in international franchise development
Strong understanding of franchise models, international business development, and regulatory requirements
Exceptional ability to identify, engage, and close deals with franchise candidates
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
