Responsibilities
Open, prepare, sort, read, review, count, scan and batch incoming mail and all other necessary documents such as contracts, legal communications, law enforcement reports, or departmental requests. Index documents in OnBase
Meet or exceed efficiency, production, and quality standards each month and ensure departmental procedures are followed
Collaborate with team members and management
Share office equipment including scanners and workstations and ensure it is cleaned up after use before passing on to another team member
Relay production concerns timely and effectively to supervisors
Work on special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Good organization and communication skills
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Must possess the ability to multitask and work independently
Flexibility to perform multiple tasks in environment that changes daily based on incoming work
Ability to maintain focus, flexibility, and consistently deliver high output
Ability to timely escalate production issues
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently throughout the workday
Essential employee, 100% work from office
