Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, setting vision and roadmap aligned with business goals

Lead and mentor a team of administrators, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements beyond Salesforce

Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems

Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards

Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools to enhance functionality
