Responsibilities

Assist in identifying, researching, and resolving basic technical issues under the guidance of senior team members
Help deliver exceptional customer service & technical support to employees across the firm
Support the setup and maintenance of computers, software, and user accounts in both office and cloud-based environments
Participate in onboarding new users and preparing hardware/software for new hires
Assist with documentation of common support procedures and technical setups
Learn to deploy & support new IT tools and systems as part of the broader technology team

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology field
Strong desire to learn and take initiative when solving problems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and general IT concepts
Attention to detail and good documentation habits

Preferred

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Intune is a plus
Prior internship or relevant coursework experience is helpful but not required
Interest in automation or PowerShell scripting is a plus
