Responsibilities
Market and recruit new guests and other customers to property
Monitor visitation and play of VIP guests and walk the gaming floor regularly to provide customer service and assistance
Respond to guest’s requests, questions or concerns in an immediate and attentive fashion using detailed precision
Prepare for guests visits and follow-up throughout and after departure, maintaining contact to ensure return visits
Tele-market various player lists for contacting, attracting and information gathering purposes
Attend special events and promotions to build guest rapport and create recognition amongst guests
Determine player eligibility of complimentary services by analyzing player accounts while maintaining management reinvestment guidelines
Maintain current, accurate player account information in Oasis to insure database integrity and privacy
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Ability to communicate and comprehend information and ideas in spoken and written English so others will understand
Ability to accept, prioritize and follow through on work direction
Virginia Racing Commission License
Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three (3) years driving experience
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
