Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 2 to support multiple locations in Northern California. The HRM2 will provide support to the Environmental Services and other departments, managing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and compliance tracking for up to 200 employees.

Responsibilities

Support, engage, and help retain staff

Support managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks

Work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization

Required

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

2 Years of management experience

1 year of HR experience

Ability to travel

Experience with day-to-day HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, FMLA/LOA/ADA/Administrative Leave monitoring, maintain manual PTO balance sheets and promotions, compliance tracking

Experience in administrative support and an HR background

High-level organization and attention to detail

Natural ability to learn software quickly

Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities
