Gather and document HRSD requirements from HR COEs
Configure HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center)
Design and improve workflows, processes, and HR service journeys
Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements
Support testing, troubleshooting, and production enhancements
Qualification
Required
4+ years Product/Business Analysis experience
2+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD configuration
Strong understanding of HRSD architecture and platform capabilities
Ability to work with cross-functional HR and IT teams
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (required)
