Systems and Operations Administrator

Responsibilities
Responsible for the data conversion process and setup of the software platforms during community acquisitions, management transitions and dispositions
Functions as the primary software support/troubleshooting liaison. Assists community teammates with questions, corrections and updates
Provides ongoing training to employees and supports the execution of large-scale company rollouts
Research and Implementation of new products and or additions to existing products while providing ongoing support services to ensure successful adoption
Attends regular training classes and stays informed of product development/issues and provides recommendations for enhancements to ensure product efficiency/innovation
Manages user and group security access to all software product modules
Serve as liaison to ensure consistent communication between parties regarding issues and enhancements
Collaborate and provide vendors with approved system integrations
Ensure communities are adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (CR Live Guide), including but not limited to screening, vendor compliance, payment processing, purchasing, data security and utility management
Assist with a variety of transitional tasks assigned by supervisor, during community transitions and management take-overs
Responsible for effectively communicating and resolving problems with software development company
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years' experience in residential community management
Familiarity with RealPage products required
Advanced technical and analytic skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
Ability to respond to teammates, vendors and clients in an effective, clear, friendly manner
Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt and change and work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work outside normal business hours at times depending on workload
Ability to travel (up to 50%)
A High School education or equivalent is required
Ability to fluently read and write English
Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on-site resident management software functions
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday would be the standard schedule, although weekends may be required if needs change or if attendance of a conference requires it
Ability to travel frequently in state or out of state
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of job's functions
