The role involves inspecting work performed by field technicians, documenting results, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Responsibilities

Inspect the work performed by field technicians to ensure accuracy and completeness
Ensure that all installation work is completed according to quality standards, including safety protocols
Document inspection results according to established pass/fail criteria
Graded each job and reported all findings to local leadership
Conduct thorough inspections of cable assemblies, components, and installations
Verify that work complies with industry standards, specifications, and safety regulations
Identify any defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality requirements
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance efficiency

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one (1) year of industry experience as a technician
Ability to stand, walk, and sit
Ability to use hands or feet to handle
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Ability to climb and balance
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Ability to maintain all safety expectations
Works outdoors for extended periods
Exposed to extreme weather conditions
Ability to follow directions
Ability to work as a team
Oral communication skills
Detail-oriented
