Assess, develop, and manage a high-performing team of up to five recruiters in a remote environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of business development in a direct hire, contingent search agency
Demonstrated success in both contingent and retained search models
Strong revenue track record and ability to manage a personal book of business
Based in Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and willing to work onsite as needed to successfully execute duties
