Responsibilities
Lead QA strategy across microservices, APIs, and user workflows — from coverage rating to claims analytics
Build and mentor a high-performing QA team focused on automation, reliability, and scalability
Design robust test frameworks for CI/CD pipelines
Oversee functional, regression, performance, and data integrity testing — including complex partner integrations
Champion quality in every release: manage defect triage, release validation, and post-release reviews
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps to embed QA throughout the build process
Qualification
Required
7+ years of QA experience, including 3+ in a lead or manager role
Strong track record with SaaS, cloud-native, or fintech/insurtech platforms
Deep understanding of automated testing for APIs, data pipelines, and front-end applications
Solid SQL/GraphQL skills and hands-on experience with test automation tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Postman
Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar QA management systems
Curious mindset and passion for improving processes through data and automation
Preferred
Insurance or cyber risk domain knowledge
Experience with machine learning models or analytics-driven testing
Any relevant certifications (ISTQB, AWS DevOps, etc.)
