Senior Sales Executive, HVAC Service
F.E. Moran Group of Companies is a specialized contractor offering a full spectrum of HVAC and mechanical services. They are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to identify and acquire new customers for HVAC service and maintenance agreements while building positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers to secure profitable HVAC services and maintenance agreements
Develop and execute innovative sales plans to meet sales goals
Make a positive impact with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Develop, estimate, present and secure service maintenance agreements on equipment, controls, and systems
Qualification
Required
Extensive sales experience with proven successful relationship building and selling of HVAC service and maintenance contracts and repeat business; strongly preferred in HVAC service or related industry
Working knowledge of HVAC, including equipment, service, and maintenance requirements
Demonstrated competency in closing deals through effective negotiations
Effectively communicate and present both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
Work independently; driven by meeting goals and maintaining customer satisfaction
