They are currently seeking an experienced Exterior Technician to diagnose and repair exterior building issues, perform various maintenance tasks, and assist the maintenance manager.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair problems on the exterior of all buildings
Able to perform carpentry, framing, roofing, windows, doors, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry & painting
Complete assigned service requests and repairs
Able to complete general maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
Assist the maintenance Manager with organizing the property workload & supply orders as needed
Assist with any other tasks that might be needed at the property
Qualification
Required
8-10 years experience in a related field
Ability to read, write & speak English
Ability to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner
Preferred
8-10 Years of previous work experience in a related field
High School diploma preferred
