The role involves designing and delivering impactful events that align with corporate strategy and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Increase brand visibility and product awareness through standout large field events
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and sponsors
Generate new business opportunities and pipeline contribution
Ensure all events align with corporate messaging and GTM strategy
Drive cross-functional participation and engagement across the organization
Lead large field marketing planning and execution for North America and Latin America
Manage event strategy, execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure pipeline creation
Design and deliver high-quality internal and external events
Maintain events within budget and timelines while maximizing ROI
Identify and secure sponsors, partners, and strategic collaborators
Promote events across multiple marketing channels to boost attendance
Track and report on event performance, spend, and key metrics
Ensure flawless on-site execution and a memorable attendee experience
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proven ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities
Demonstrated experience managing and adhering to budgets
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational and project management skills

Ability to delegate, coordinate, and motivate event teams
Skilled in vendor negotiation and management
Awareness of current event trends and industry best practices
