Responsibilities

Develop and execute program plans that include schedules, milestones, procurement, logistics, and resource allocation

Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial (P&L) objectives

Acts as primary contact for program activities, leading program review sessions discuss cost, schedule, technical performance and risk

Manage external relationships with the Government, Prime Contractors, and International customers

Leads Program Risk Management to identify and mitigate risks that could impact program technical, cost and schedule performance

Responsible for budget management and financial execution of the program

Develop and manage accurate programmatic and financial forecasts

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company policies and procedures

Required

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree

Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance

Ability to travel up to 25%
