Cella is a company in the electronics industry seeking a proactive and creatively driven Creative Product Owner to join their Process and Technology team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of design-related applications, troubleshoot creative software, and drive the implementation of new technologies to enhance the design process.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary "first line of defense" for troubleshooting creative applications, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD, and 3D design tools

Diagnose workflow issues and technical glitches before escalating to internal IT or external vendors (e.g., Adobe support)

Support hardware-related tasks, such as troubleshooting color calibration for printing software

Research and pilot emerging technologies, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR), to see how they can enhance the design process

Manage the implementation lifecycle: identify business needs, meet with vendors, present solutions to stakeholders, and assist with contract execution

Drive user adoption by demoing new features and explaining the "why" behind new tools to the creative teams

Act as a project manager for software rollouts, coordinating between Product Development, IT, Global Sourcing, and Training teams

Develop and deliver training sessions to educate end-users on new software features and updates

Gather feedback from designers to understand their pain points and translate those needs into technical solutions

Required

0-2+ years of experience. Recent college graduates with a mix of technical and creative backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Technical understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

An interest in Artificial Intelligence and a willingness to learn how to demo and implement AI tools in a corporate environment

Exceptional interpersonal skills. You must be personable, empathetic, and able to translate technical feedback to non-technical designers

Preferred

Experience with UX web-based design or understanding user workflows

Background in CAD Design or 3D modeling

Previous experience in a role requiring cross-functional collaboration (e.g., working with vendors, legal/contracts, or IT)

Product Development Knowledge: Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems (as an admin or user) or a background in retail product development is preferred
