Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms
Take end-to-end responsibility for features—from concept to deployment—ensuring quality, performance, and reliability
Guide junior developers, foster best practices, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
Implement and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and performance optimizations
Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and mobile app architecture
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor developers in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
Preferred
Familiarity with native modules (iOS/Android)
Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
