The Software Development Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and drive the successful delivery of software development projects while working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure timely and aligned project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Planning, coordinating, and driving the successful delivery of software development projects within the POC Product team

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals

Working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, testers, product managers, and leadership to keep initiatives on track while balancing priorities and schedules across multiple concurrent projects and within multiple platforms

Required

Familiarity with software development lifecycles, testing processes, and release management

Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies; experience applying hybrid approaches

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of driving projects to on-time delivery

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to leadership teams

Project management experience, with a focus on software development projects

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred

PMP and/or Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM) strongly preferred
