Sr. Partner Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Build and execute joint marketing plans with Nexthink’s largest partners, aligning to their go-to-market strategies and our joint value propositions
Create and lead multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, awareness, and pipeline — from joint events and webinars to digital campaigns and content co-creation
Serve as the key marketing point of contact for strategic partner teams, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration
Equip internal teams and partner sellers with the tools, messaging, and assets needed to drive joint success in the field
Track, measure, and analyze program performance to assess ROI and continuously optimize for impact
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on partner, channel, or alliance marketing
Comfortable working directly with large, complex partners like GSIs, MSPs, VARs, and advisory firms
A collaborative, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Data-driven, with a passion for measuring and optimizing program performance
Excellent communicator, with strong relationship-building skills across internal and external teams
Proven success in building and executing partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth
Experience working across the marketing mix — events, content, digital, social, and email
A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture but also roll up your sleeves to execute
Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders
Passion for technology, innovation, and the evolving partner ecosystem
