NEOGOV is seeking a Site Supervisor for the City of Missouri City's Parks and Recreation Department. This entry-level position involves supervising facility rentals and ensuring compliance with city policies while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for managing the building and supervising the rentals of up to 300 people
Making sure the renters are following the contract agreement
Addressing any issues at the rental
Contact the necessary authorities when issues occur. Follow the closing procedures
Report to supervisor with all concerns. Light cleaning duties
Promote and maintain good public relations and customer service with all members and prospective members at the Recreation Center or Community Center
Lift/carry tables, chairs, and equipment to set up for or break down rentals, meetings, athletic programs, and leisure classes
Process rental deposit refunds as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
