New Grad, Entry LevelAuto Driveaway Systems, LLC is a leading provider of heavy truck transport services. They are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist to provide accounting and clerical support to the Controller while maintaining accurate and detailed accounting records.

Responsibilities
Review documentation for accounts payable processing
Verify rates for contractor payments and customer billing
Prepare daily payments to contractors
Maintain vendor records
Daily imports for contractor advances and reconciliation
Process documentation into imaging software
Perform daily transfers to accounting software
Data entry using Excel for fuel tax processing
Communicate with vendors to obtain documents or resolve issues with submissions
Enter vendor credits
Report vendor issues or balances to other team members as needed
Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a High School Diploma
Previous accounting experience in service industry
Customer service oriented
Excellent verbal, written communication and organization skills
Proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Applications
Ability to manage time and work load and meet daily deadlines
Quickly adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Associate degree a plus
Netsuite experience a plus
