BCBA (Clinical Supervisor) - Part Time

The Place for Children with Autism is launching a new After-School ABA Program and is seeking a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to lead this initiative. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, training caregivers, and developing treatment plans to ensure the success of clients in the program.

Health Care

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices while maintaining 22 billable hours per week
Conduct one-on-one and group caregiver training sessions to empower families and promote collaboration in supporting their child's progress
Complete client intake assessments and develop goal-driven treatment plans; regularly review and update based on client progress and data
Monitor and mentor RBTs’ clinical performance, conduct regular meetings, and provide feedback and ongoing training to enhance skills and treatment implementation
Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression
Evaluate and adapt BIPs, diving continuous improvement and success
Maintain meticulous client notes and data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy
Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among our dedicated team, clients and families, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment

Qualification

Illinois Licensed Behavior AnalystMaster's Degree in ABAClinical setting experienceProficient in Central ReachManagement skillsWritten communication skillsVerbal communication skills

Required

Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst required
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Established management skills

Preferred

Clinical setting experience strongly preferred
Proficient in systems such as Central Reach
