Sr Clinical Research Associate
USF College of Nursing is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to plan and manage clinical research projects. The role involves assembling and training project teams, overseeing project activities, and ensuring compliance with research protocols.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage the resources necessary to achieve clinical research project goals and objectives
Assemble, train and manage the team assigned to the project
Document procedures for the research project and manage reporting and compliance activities
Serve as the overall head of project operations
Develop protocols and prepare operations manuals at the initiation of a research study
Perform project activities such training and indirectly (or directly) supervising project staff
Develop materials to communicate the project to potential clients and their families
Make site visits to audit activities
Ensure quality control in the data through resolution of inconsistencies
Compile regulatory reports
Act as the primary resource for explaining the project to all parties involved
Monitor budgets
Draft administrative forms and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in planning, organizing, and managing clinical research projects
Ability to assemble, train, and manage a project team
Experience in documenting procedures for research projects
Knowledge of reporting and compliance activities in clinical research
Ability to develop protocols and prepare operations manuals
Experience in training and supervising project staff
Ability to develop materials for communication with clients and families
Experience in conducting site visits and auditing activities
Knowledge of quality control processes in data management
Ability to compile regulatory reports
Strong communication skills to explain projects to all parties involved
Ability to monitor budgets and draft administrative forms and reports
