Brand Designer
Cypress HCM is seeking a Brand Designer to enhance their marketing assets through the company's brand design system. The Designer will work independently to deliver high-quality creative marketing assets while collaborating with project managers and creative leads.

Responsibilities
Work mostly independently through fast-paced creative workflows to deliver high-bar and impactful creative marketing assets, while balancing strategic inputs and technical constraints
Work with PM’s and creative leads to understand strategic creative briefs and/or design tickets, evaluating and proposing design solutions and iterating in response to stakeholder feedback before finalizing and delivering creative assets
Clearly and succinctly present creative work and logic to stakeholders across Marketing and other company organizations, tailoring communication to the audience and explaining technical issues in a way that is easy to understand
Seek and maintain up-to-date expertise and creative best-practices
Flag potential bottlenecks and roadblocks, and communicate project status with Project Managers regularly
Maintain relationships with peers and common business partners, encouraging trust and positive collaboration
Continually elevate personal creative bar and output, indirectly elevating creative bar of the team
Act as an integral part of the Creative Studio team who collaborates closely with other creative disciplines and across the company’s marketing organization to develop impactful work
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in design for brand and marketing objectives; ideally in a large-scale enterprise company; SaaS, Fintech, or large-name B2B brands a plus
Use of multiple creative and project management tools (we use Asana), Figma, Slack, misc. AI tools to deliver high-bar design for projects
Portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital campaigns, email marketing, event signage, etc
Ability to support 30 hours per week
