Account Executive - Employer Branding
Hearst Austin Media Group is looking for a digitally savvy, highly motivated Account Executive to join their sales team. The role involves managing a book of existing companies and developing new business through a full sales cycle while providing advertising solutions to clients' business needs.

Responsibilities
Own The Full Sales Cycle: Call on medium to large organizations to show the value of our suite of digital media advertising products from job postings across multiple platforms, digital options, programmatic postings, social media, digital display, content marketing, video, SEO/SEM as well as more traditional advertisements. You will have an assigned account list of existing and prospective accounts and also are encouraged to network. You will own the full sales cycle, working with your clients on a year-round basis, upselling additional products. Additionally, you are not limited to just our recruitment products. You can sell small, medium, and large businesses throughout the Austin area and beyond, our full suite of digital advertising solutions to grow their customer base
Product Expertise: Become an expert on our digital and traditional products/services. The first three weeks of hire, you will be provided with both global and local training to be fully educated before even going out on your own! You will also have full support throughout your career which includes continual learning and training to grow and achieve success as a Recruitment Account Executive
Execute sales tactics: Implementing marketing strategies, delivering effective sales presentations with passion to consistently earn, retain and increase revenue
Advertising Solutions: Create engaging advertising solutions to solve clients’ business needs
Client Solutions: Recommend new products and promotional opportunities to current clients and handle objections efficiently. Be a large part of the local business community and boost your clients’ businesses through multiple digital media channels
Forecasting: Manage client pipeline and monthly revenue forecast in Salesforce.com
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of with business owners in a sales role
Superior presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Technically savvy so you can work with our tech stack which includes Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Gong, and other digital tools
Goal-oriented, competitive, and forward-thinking with strong business and financial acumen
Preferred
Experience with recruitment, B2B outside sales or experience in advertising or media, is a plus!
Experience selling employment products or working with recruiting managers is a plus!
