Responsibilities
Execute product containment and risk assessment processes to maintain quality standards
Manage disposition of deviates and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce defects
Monitor and report quality metrics to leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or fabrication processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and issue resolution
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and communicate effectively
Familiarity with quality systems, standards, and compliance requirements
Preferred
Advanced degree or certifications in Quality Engineering or related discipline
Hands-on experience with statistical process control (SPC) and failure analysis
Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO or IATF
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional quality improvement projects
