In direct support of senior accountants’ performance measure development efforts, provides data compilation and analysis through the use of standard accounting software applications, banking applications, and spreadsheets
Prepares accurate journal entries to clear reconciling items, follow up on researched items, maintenance of statistical information on accounts and communicating critical issues to management for resolution
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Knowledge of government contract accounting practices and regulations
Ability to read and interpret written information
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Entry level position requiring 0-3 years' experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
