Penske Truck Leasing is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive responsible for ensuring 100% retention of profitable revenue for key customers. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, creating account strategies, and driving innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary voice of the customer

Build strong senior level customer relationships

Manage compliance to customer deliverables that support revenue & profit targets

Create and lead account strategy in partnership with Penske functional teams (including IT, Engineering, Safety, Finance, HR, Loss Prevention, and more)

Lead a regular review with functional Penske teams to assess what we are doing for the customer, and how we can do more

Act as consultant for the customer (outside of a sales/operations environment) for ongoing opportunities and improvements

Develop and monitor predictable communications patterns

Act as the sales lead for growth opportunities

Seek innovative solutions that challenge the status quo

Lead contract renewal efforts with customer and internal stakeholders

Continually seek areas of potential revenue growth

Other projects as assigned by the Manager

Required

Experience in building and executing collaborative strategies for customer retention

Strong relationship management skills, particularly with senior-level customers

Ability to manage compliance to customer deliverables supporting revenue and profit targets

Experience in creating and leading account strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams

Proven ability to lead regular reviews with functional teams to assess customer service and identify improvement opportunities

Consultative skills to identify ongoing opportunities and improvements for customers

Strong communication skills to develop and monitor predictable communication patterns

Sales experience with a focus on growth opportunities

Innovative thinking to seek solutions that challenge the status quo

Experience in leading contract renewal efforts with customers and internal stakeholders

Ability to continually seek areas of potential revenue growth
