Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Epic Manager, or designee, carry out various duties in support of clinical systems and end users including but not limited to: performing analysis of workflow; assessment of system needs and requirements; planning, designing, and testing of systems and interfaces; coordinating work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel; training end-users as required; documenting and troubleshooting work involved in systems implementation and maintenance; and acting as liaison to physicians and clinical area end users

Required

Bachelors Degree in Nursing or ancillary clinical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience required

Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems required

PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency required

Five (5) years MIS and/or clinical experience, including three (3) years in similar and related position required

Must obtain Epic certification

Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
