Implementation Consultant - Automated Underwriting/Closing

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, design, configure, document, test, and provide post-implementation support
Provide knowledge around ICE product features and functions and make necessary best practice recommendations
Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs
Lead client sessions, drive consensus, and manage projects to completion
Conduct user testing and training
Work closely with the client’s project team, project team members, and internal resources such as product management, engineering, and technical support

Required

3+ years of experience in consulting
Excellent communication and writing skills
Excellent problem solving and time management skills
Work in a cross-team collaboration model
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Preferred

Mortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience
Knowledge of loan origination solutions
