Responsibilities

Drive the development and integrations for the corporate Identity and Access Management (IAM) program

Responsible for the development, planning, programming and implementation of all enterprise-wide IAM systems

Qualification

Required

Minimum five years' experience participating in IT security projects

Experience with industry accepted security standards

Strong understanding of provisioning methods, including AD, SCIM, API, and database-based approaches

Advanced scripting skills for automating IAM and RBAC tasks (e.g., PowerShell, Python)

Proven experience implementing and managing RBAC in complex enterprise environments

Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra and its integration with identity management solutions

Advanced problem and situation analysis skills

Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical team members

Internal networking and teamwork

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in IT, criminal justice, Cyber Security, or related field preferred

Security technology background strongly preferred

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
