Responsibilities
Manage a team of technical program managers responsible for cross-functional co-ordination and oversight of data center network and capacity growth projects in a given region to deliver on on-time delivery and cycle time goals
Hire, coach and develop a team of program managers to meet objectives; manage career development and aid in personal growth of a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs)
Work with direct reports and partner teams to set and implement short-term and long-term infrastructure delivery strategy for the region, define and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities
Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams, delivering effective execution at scale within multi-project programs
Drive process development and iterative improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
5 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports
5 years of experience in data center networking
Preferred
Experience in data center operations
Experience working in organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, etc.)
