Program Support Coordinator (Part-time)
Allied OneSource is a public health team that makes a direct impact on families across Kansas. The Program Support Coordinator will support critical survey projects by conducting phone interviews, preparing mailers, and managing confidential data.

Responsibilities
Conduct structured survey calls with new mothers, following approved scripts with sensitivity and professionalism
Enter and update data in specialized systems with accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and quality standards
Assist with preparing and tracking mailers, packets, and survey-related documentation
Provide general project support, including follow-up calls, scheduling, and database queries
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project coordination, research support, or related roles
Must be comfortable be on the phone as you are collecting data
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and accurate data entry
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently on a part-time, onsite schedule (18–19 hours/week, evenings/weekends included)
