Responsibilities
Automate UI workflows for an Excel-based add-in using UFT + VBScript
Build and maintain a robust automation framework
Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and log defects
Work with CI/CD (Bamboo/GitHub) for integration of automated tests
Prepare test plans, test cases, and summary reports
Perform basic SQL/database validations
Qualification
Required
7 to 9 years in UI test automation
Proficient in UFT (Unified Functional Testing)
Strong expertise in VBScript
Experience with Excel object model and Office automation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Excel add-in experience
UFT 24.x Version experience
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo, Github)
Some exposure to Postman or similar tools
