The Plumbing Materials Logistics Manager will lead multiple projects, coordinating the procurement and delivery of plumbing materials while ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement of plumbing materials, fixtures, piping, valves, and equipment according to project specifications and code requirements

Review vendor documents and submittals for compliance with IPC, UPC, and applicable local plumbing codes

Manage procurement schedules and coordinate delivery timelines with project managers and foremen

Communicate in both English and Spanish to ensure clear coordination with suppliers and field teams

Track shipments, resolve expediting issues, and document delivery schedules

Maintain accurate inventory records, backorder lists, and usage reports

Provide bilingual support during site meetings, inspections, and logistics planning

Proactively identify potential material shortages and propose compliant alternatives

Verify proper storage and handling of plumbing materials in warehouses and job sites
