New Grad, Entry LevelCentral Bank is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Teller. The Teller will process financial transactions and provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner, while also identifying customer needs and cross-selling bank products and services.

Responsibilities
Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner
Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable
Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations
Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer
Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services
Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations
Qualification
Required
Basic math skills
PC and typing skills
Ability to count U.S. currency
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Strong customer relations skills
Ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner
Ability to look for cross-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 20 lbs
Must be available to work all throughout the year
