Responsibilities

Serve as a consultative resource for brokers and General Agents, offering guidance and support on products, processes, and service solutions
Conduct in-person meetings with brokers to review service performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct in-person Open Enrollment meetings in the NY NJ and CT Metro area
Communicate administrative updates, benefit changes, and wellness program initiatives to internal teams as needed for market distribution
Partner with internal teams to resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively
Educate brokers on available tools and resources to streamline their operations and improve their client experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and General Agents to drive engagement and loyalty
Collaborate with Sales Account Executives and other field-based staff to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery
Represent UnitedHealthcare positively in the marketplace, demonstrating professionalism and expertise

Qualification

Active insurance licenseHealth insurance experienceCustomer service experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyAnalytical skillsPresentation skillsHigh-pressure environmentHuman Resources experienceSalesforce familiarityExternal partner collaborationProblem-solving skills

Required

Active insurance license as required by law upon hire. If not licensed, can obtain within 30 days of hire
1+ years of health insurance experience
1+ years of experience in customer service or managing relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven solid presentation skills in both small and large group settings
Proven advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume environment with self-supported attitude

Preferred

Experience in Human Resources or medical benefits
Familiarity with Salesforce products
Proven ability to work with external partners such as brokers and consultants
