Responsibilities

Review project assignments with management or other team members
Perform the functional configuration of the assigned third-party designed packaged technology system
Perform unit and integration testing of assigned packaged technology components from development to production
Support modules within a packaged technology system, including custom and delivered programs
Document changes for functional and business specifications
Provide assistance and training to other associates regarding functional features
Sustain technical and functional knowledge through reviewing reference material, participation with support organizations, user groups, and training opportunities
Present material and demonstrate systems to management and other associates
Offer recommendations to management when identifying opportunities for system or process improvement
Travel to Company offices, seminars, training classes, user groups, and other meetings as requested
Assist with other duties within the department or elsewhere upon request

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, management information systems, accounting, math, or other related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
A minimum of three years' experience with overall proven performance in performing configuration, testing, and maintenance in a packaged software
Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
The ability to work collaboratively on a team
Demonstrate the ability to implement the features and functions of the packaged technology solution
Highly developed analytical reasoning, problem solving, and leadership skills
The ability to work outside the normal business hours, which includes independently responding to off-hour production issues
The ability to learn new software tools
High level of initiative and motivation
Ability and willingness to organize, plan, and lead large projects
The ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship is a requirement

Preferred

Certifications in applicable packaged software is preferred
