Responsibilities
Implement a strategic roadmap for technology initiatives within the Enterprise Platform and Automation domain
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions that enhance employee experience
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our technology offerings
Drive initiatives to enable self-service capabilities and automation across all supported technology areas
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and increase efficiency through automation
Champion the adoption of self-service tools and platforms to empower employees to resolve issues independently
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms
Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS/Fargate), and cloud infrastructure
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript to build automation tools and backend services
Expertise in test-driven development (TDD) for both application and infrastructure code to ensure quality and reliability
Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, and EKS
Mastery of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions, with advanced configuration and integration skills
Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and best practices using AWS technologies
Preferred
Specialized skills in security automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), or advanced container orchestration
