Embedded C Development: Architect and write bare‑metal embedded C software for microcontrollers (50%+ hands‑on coding)
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, provide technical direction, and act as a force multiplier for the team
Program Ownership: Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables as the technical owner
Frameworks & Tools: Develop reusable solutions to accelerate embedded software development
Best Practices: Establish processes, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering standards
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship with eligibility for a Secret Security Clearance
Embedded C Development: Architect and write bare‑metal embedded C software for microcontrollers (50%+ hands‑on coding)
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, provide technical direction, and act as a force multiplier for the team
Program Ownership: Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables as the technical owner
Frameworks & Tools: Develop reusable solutions to accelerate embedded software development

Preferred
10+ years of embedded software engineering experience (defense, aerospace, or mission‑critical systems preferred)
Expertise in C programming (bare‑metal microcontroller experience strongly preferred)
Familiarity with RTOS (FreeRTOS a plus), FPGA/VHDL, and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet)
Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills
