Experience with federal environmental litigation (civil preferred)
Experience of Mass Tort
Background in government-side enforcement (e.g., DOJ, EPA, or similar experience)
Ability to analyze complex regulatory schemes and enforcement approaches
Strong research, writing, and judgment
A self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
Law school graduate from 2018–2022
Experience with federal environmental litigation (civil preferred)
