Responsibilities
Architect, build, and implement DevOps solutions for medium- to high-complexity projects across diverse technologies (.NET, Python, PHP, MATLAB, R, SQL Server, NoSQL)
Develop and optimize Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines for applications spanning databases, middleware, and front-end systems
Integrate automated testing, code coverage, compliance, and vulnerability checks into pipelines
Establish and enforce security standards, guidelines, and best practices for DevOps processes
Evaluate the maturity of current DevOps tools and CI/CD implementations; identify gaps and recommend improvements
Partner with actuarial and catastrophe modeling teams to support specialized AVD environments and data science tools
Mentor and train team members, providing guidance on best practices and emerging technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, validating recommended solutions as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in architecting and implementing DevOps solutions across complex technology landscapes
Proficiency in diverse technologies including .NET, Python, PHP, MATLAB, R, SQL Server, and NoSQL
Experience in developing and optimizing Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Ability to integrate automated testing, code coverage, compliance, and vulnerability checks into pipelines
Knowledge of establishing and enforcing security standards, guidelines, and best practices for DevOps processes
Experience in evaluating the maturity of current DevOps tools and CI/CD implementations
Ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements in DevOps practices
Experience in collaborating with actuarial and catastrophe modeling teams
Technical leadership skills, including mentoring and training team members
Strong problem resolution skills, including troubleshooting and validating technical solutions
