Responsibilities
Conducts outbound calls to validate accuracy of provider data within directories. Provides excellent customer service while speaking with providers
Provides problem triaging if needed while engaging with providers on calls
Ensures calls and issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Maintains comprehensive tracking and documentation for all calls and records
Applies applicable knowledge of the VA or TRICARE program and its related technology in handling service calls
Performs other duties as assigned
Regular and reliable attendance is required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or G.E.D
At least one year of experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or office environment
U.S. Citizen
Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
Effective verbal, written, and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field
VA or TRICARE Program experience
