Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Drive growth by creating and executing strategic sales plans across the Upper Midwest region
Build powerful connections with customers and internal teams to strengthen partnerships and collaboration
Stay close to the market—understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
Optimize profitability through smart pricing and discount strategies that balance growth and margin
Collaborate on innovation by working with technical experts to design customized metrology solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven technical sales expertise with at least 5 years of experience selling high-value investment goods; familiarity with the Upper Midwest region is a plus
Industry knowledge that matters—experience in optics, defense, medical, or automotive sectors combined with a strong technical foundation (engineering degree preferred)
Metrology and precision engineering know-how, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver consultative solutions
Exceptional communication skills to engage confidently with customers, engineering teams, and senior management; strong presentation and negotiation abilities in English
Driven and adaptable leader who thrives on challenges, demonstrates flexibility and resilience, and is comfortable traveling up to 60% to build lasting relationships
