New Grad, Entry LevelWaldom is a company focused on logistics and supply chain management, and they are seeking an Inbound Clerk to manage the processing of inbound shipments. The role involves verifying products into the ERP system, managing labeling, and ensuring documentation of purchase orders, while acting as a liaison between inbound operations and Purchasing staff.

Responsibilities
Work closely with department leadership to ensure accuracy on all Purchased and Green Stock purchase orders
Maintain constant communication with the Supervisor regarding the status of purchase orders
Provide support to Inbound associates by guiding them through receiving procedures and any special instructions
Oversee and organize the staging area for newly received products
Print and verify accurate labeling of Waldom products for correct inventory tracking
Carefully proofread and cross-check packing lists and item quantities before finalizing purchase orders in the system
Collaborate with department leadership to resolve receiving issues including stock checks and quantity discrepancies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and write in English
Acute attention to detail and the ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
Previous experience with ERPs or WMSs
Basic skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
Basic proficiency with database entry software
Strong multitasking capabilities and adaptability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
Ability to alternate sitting, walking and standing up to 8 hours per day
